policy in their state. TeenPact offers a program for both teens and
children (8 -12 years old) during your state's legislative session.
Students have a devotion, a time of praise and worship, meet important
officials, interview lobbyists, view campaign disclosures, improve their
public speaking skills, write their own bills, and conduct their own
TeenPact legislature. Students analyze public policy from a Biblical
Worldview and learn to "take captive every thought to make it obedient
to Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:5). TEACH-CT - TEACH is a non-profit, all volunteer, Christian organization which has labored to establish and preserve home education freedoms in Connecticut since 1990. The purpose of TEACH is to support, inspire and work to protect families in their God-given right to direct the education of their children.
God's World News - God's World News is a monthly magazine with the purpose of using current events to educate and develop in students a biblical view of the world.
Student News Daily - a non-profit current events website for high school students. Our goal is to build students' knowledge of current events and strengthen their critical thinking skills. This is done by providing comprehension and critical thinking questions along with published news articles and other current events items from established news organizations. We provide resources that will enable students to become informed viewers and readers of the news.
